They say the kettle korn business has been pretty slow. There must be some sort of correlation between the mortgage industry, the price of fuel, and kettle korn sales. When I figure it out, I'll let you know. Regardless, I feel bad for them. They were hoping to pay off their kettle korn supplies by the end of the summer, but it doesn't look like that's gonna happen. I will admit, their kettle korn is top notch. They brought us some of the leftovers from the event they entrepreneured at today. They added cinnamon to it this time to kick it up a notch, and I must say that it was a surprisingly good addition to the already tasty treat. Kory told him about the neighborhood ice cream party that I won and he got excited and wants to make kettle korn for the event. So, I guess I'm now spearheading the first annual neighborhood carnival on our side yard. Mark your calendars for August 30. Anybody got a cotton candy machine I can borrow? I may as well go all out.

I had a cotton candy machine but you know how that worked. Not sure that would have brought in much revenue. Maybe I will have to extend my trip to Ogden to attend the party.
I'd buy some kettlecorn.
I hear Sarah won a cotton candy machine on a Blog Giveaway. I bet she'd bring it!
I was going to say that you should have just taken the cotton candy machine we had, but your Mother beat me to it.
So, this event is not actually a free event? Just how much is it going to cost to get in?
Haha. I am so glad you are posting again...it was a long drought for me :) My boss in Logan had a snowie machine, pop corn machine, and a cotton candy one...maybe you should give her a holla, but the Clampetts might not like the competition. Good to know they are invited to the ice cream party. I am looking forward to the post that will follow the event.
That's awesome Carlee. I think we have extra tickets left over from some event, I could sit out on the curb and sell them, or a few days before, I could hang out at Walmart, and sell them. Then you'd be sure to have a rockin' time. Just think, you could actually make money off of this Dryers gig. Good luck to the Clampetts.
